Founder of Rabsal
From Zachuka (Shiqu) County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture and a graduate of the Sichuan Province Tibetan School. Tsering has 6 years of work experience with a variety of international development organizations, including overseas training with the Tibet Fund and most recently, at the University of Virginia. Before starting Rabsal, he worked as a Program Officer for The Bridge Fund.
From Ganzi County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture and a graduate of the Sichuan Province Tibetan School. Tsering studied English at Sichuan University in Chengdu under an international scholarship and has worked for a number of international development organizations, including the Trace Foundation and the Bridge Fund. She is currently working for Winrock International.
Tomohiro is from Yokohama, Japan, and a graduate of Harvard College in social anthropology. He worked for two years at the Bridge Fund, building the capacity of local staff and monitoring projects in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. He holds a Masters degree in public policy from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
Gillian G. Tan
Public relations and fundraising
Gillian is a graduate of St John's College, New Mexico and the University of Chicago. She holds a PhD in anthropology from the University of Melbourne, Australia. She worked for five years at Trace Foundation in New York and China and has consulting experience with Development Organization of Rural Sichuan (DORS), Mercy Corps, the Bridge Fund and Winrock International.
